Coming from a very modest family in Shirur, Mr. Tikhe started his career as a junior level worker at one private firm KosiPlast Pvt. Ltd in 1995. Always determined to excel in life he worked his way to become a manager in a span of just 1 year within the company. He worked his way up the corporate ladder: from a Manager to the Head of Department of a multinational company to Head- Marketing & Sales by 2008.
While he was at job, Mr. Tikhe always had a vision to build up his own business and empower people through his venture. In 2008, he founded BTSL Autoflex (a partnership firm along with his friend) and began a small workshop set-up in 400 sq. ft and a team size of 4 people. With immense expertise in work domain and deep understanding of people behavior Mr. Tikhe was involved in each phase of organization development. Today, BTSL Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. has divided its operations in 2 manufacturing units at separate locations and spread across 41000 sq ft area. The company has grown to a workforce of 70 members and an annual turnover of 8.5 crore (last financial year). It has more than 15 MNC clients, which include major players like LG, Whirlpool, Haier, Sharp, General Motors, Fiat, etc. BTSL has successfully launched Office Essentia, Travel Essentia and Home Essentia brands for retail markets.
