Step 01

Begin by filling out our enquiry form, detailing not just the basics but all technical, dimensional, or specific requirements. Our NPD Team excels in meticulously understanding both new and existing customer needs to ensure that every aspect of the project is clearly defined from the outset. This initial step is crucial as it helps us prepare a proposal that precisely aligns with your expectations, complete with scope, pricing, and projected timelines, ensuring a tailored approach to your unique challenges.
Step 02
Feasibility Review
Upon receiving your detailed enquiry, our NPD Team conducts a thorough Feasibility Review. This crucial step dives deep into your technical, dimensional, and specific requirements, assessing the feasibility and optimization of your needs against our production capabilities. We closely evaluate capacity utilization to ensure that our resources are aligned efficiently with your project demands. Step 03
Quotation & Samples Submission
Following a successful feasibility review, we proceed to the Submission of Quotation & Samples. You will receive a comprehensive proposal that meticulously outlines the costs, timelines, and detailed specifications of your project. Additionally, if applicable, samples will be provided to give you a tangible preview of our proposed solutions. FPA & PPAP Submission
After a detailed review of our quotation and samples, the next step is the Submission of First Part Approval (FPA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). The FPA, primarily used in the Home Appliances & other Industry, involves the meticulous verification and validation of the first produced part against your specific requirements to ensure optimal compliance. Meanwhile, the PPAP, essential in the Automotive Industry, entails a rigorous evaluation of our production processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. These critical documents formalize the project’s terms and conditions, reinforcing our mutual commitment across industries. Customer Approval and Sales Order
The culmination of our New Product Development process is the Customer Approval and Sales Order stage. At this pivotal moment, we invite you to conduct a final review and provide your approval of all agreements, proposals, and, if applicable, the results of the pilot run. Your approval not only signifies your confidence in our capabilities but also authorizes the commencement of project execution. Following your approval, our NPD team will seamlessly hand over the project to the manufacturing department for regular production.
