My Journey
Raised in the modest surroundings of Shirur, I embarked on my professional journey in 1995 as a junior worker at Kosi Plast Pvt. Ltd. My relentless drive for excellence propelled me from this entry-level position to become a Manager in just two years. My ascent continued as I advanced from Manager to Head of Department and ultimately to Head of Marketing and Sales at a multinational firm by 2008.
Driven by a lifelong ambition to forge my own path, I founded BTSL Autoflex in 2008 alongside a close friend. We began with a modest 400 square-foot workshop and a team of four. My comprehensive expertise in the field and a deep understanding of human dynamics were pivotal in every stage of the company’s evolution. Today, BTSL Automotive India Private Limited has expanded into four manufacturing units spread over 1,25,000 square feet across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
The company has flourished to include a workforce of 180 members and serves a prestigious roster of over 90 clients, including 20 multinational corporations such as LG, Haier, IFB, PG Electronics, FCA, Fiat, Force Motors, Grupo Antolin, Supreme, Yanfeng, Tafe Group, Delfingen, Motherson, and Minda. We are poised to transition into a public limited company within the next three years.
My commitment extends beyond business operations. I have significantly influenced the student community through dynamic workshops and mentoring, focusing on entrepreneurship development. These initiatives help budding entrepreneurs attain their ambitions by instilling best business practices and imparting practical skills. Additionally, I am the author of the successful book “Yash Majhe Majhyach Hatat – Helper to Supervisor”, which is part of a series on Mindset & Skillset. With the first part selling over 1,000 copies, a second edition is forthcoming.
I firmly believe in the power of a well-coordinated team to achieve remarkable outcomes, a philosophy that is deeply ingrained in the ethos of BTSL—’Better Teamwork for Successful Life’. This belief is not just theoretical but is evidenced by our daily operations and sustained achievements.
My Journey
Hailing from Amble, Shirur, I, Sandeep Sankpal, embarked on my academic and professional journey with a B.Com degree specializing in Costing from C.T. Bora College, awarded in 2005. With a deep-seated specialty in marketing and procurement, I have devoted my career to excellence in the foam conversion industry, ensuring every project and product exceeds the benchmark of industry standards.
As the Managing Director at BTSL Autoflex, my role is to steer our company towards innovative horizons and ensure our solutions are not only effective but revolutionary. Established in 2008, BTSL Autoflex has grown from a modest workshop to a significant presence in the automotive and industrial sectors with expansive manufacturing facilities across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Our capabilities range from precision-engineered foam products to advanced adhesive solutions, all tailored to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
